DIVINITY

Cassie makes this recipe in my first book, MELTDOWN. It's a heavenly and sweet treat, and easy to make, too!

Ingredients:

• 3 egg whites
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/8 tsp cream of Tartar
• pinch of salt
• food coloring
• vanilla or other flavor

Directions:

Whip eggs with cream of Tartar, sugar, and salt to soft peak stage. Add 2 drops of food coloring and 1-2 drops of flavor.

Pipe in a plastic bag with star cap. Bake at 200 degrees for 3 hours. Makes 2 dozen.
